Ehemalige Studierende von Ariadne Daskalakis spielen in Orchestern wie den WDR Sinfonieorchester und Rundfunkorchester, sowie dem Orchestre Philharmonique de Luxembourg, dem Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchester, dem Beethoven Orchester Bonn, dem Sinfonieorchester Aachen, Ensemble Modern Akademie und der Badischen Staatskapelle Karlsruhe, u.a.. Studierende haben Preise gewonnen bei internationalen Wettbewerben in Deutschland, Griechenland, Italien, Spanien und Japan. Ariadne Daskalakis wurde in 2000 die bisher jüngste Violinprofessorin an der HfMT Köln. Während der Covid-Pandemie wurde sie Prorektorin der Hochschule (für eine vierjährige Amtszeit), als erste weibliche und erste ausländische Prorektorin dieser Institution.

Former students of Ariadne Daskalakis have earned positions in fine orchestras including the WDR Symphony and WDR Rundfunk Orchestras Cologne, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Luxembourg, the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, the Aachen Sinfonieorchester, Ensemble Modern Academy and the Badische Staatskapelle Karlsruhe, among others. Prizes have been awarded to her students at international competitions in Germany, Italy, Spain and Japan. She gives Master Classes regularly and consultation lessons upon inquiry.

Ariadne Daskalakis è diventata la più giovane docente di violino presso la Hochschule für Musik und Tanz di Colonia nel 2000. Ariadne Daskalakis has given Master Classes at the Academy "Palazzo Ricci" in Montepulciano, Italy regularly since 2010. She assisted in the creation of a Chamber Music Festival and has developed interdisciplinary art projects since 2015 for the "Kolleg der Künste Montepulciano", comprised of the seven music and art academies of NRW, Germany.

She became Artistic Director of the "Palazzo RIcci" European Academy for the Arts in 2022.
